40 min commute
Achievable task:

Greatest remedy:

Long term job. Temp employers are infamous for promising long term perform, but I’ve been lied to many occasions about that…do not flip down a long term task, esp. a single generating drastically far more cash, just to perform for a far more notable business.

Hi there, Here’s my thinking without knowing too much about you or the roles.
Go Permanent because
a) you get free training
b) it a much high wage
c) spend time on the training studying and improving your skills for the next job
d) more stability
e) if you are going into project management, it can be quite lucrative if you’re qualified and experienced. You should be able to earn around 100k per year with good qualifications and experience.
f) PMP is a great qualification to have, and project management is a growing profession
g) most importantly, a company investing in training you shows their professionalism and their value of you as an employee, which is a great start!
But here are some other things to consider:
What is it that matters most to you? What are your goals? It is purely financial or does stuff like work culture matter? I worked in a place where they paid me relatively little, but we had so much fun (and free pizza) that I hardly noticed. Do you have family or kids or others you need to support? Do you have other time commitments?
I hope this helps. And good luck in whatever you choose.
