Christmas Gift with Wireless Keyboard and Wireless Mouse
As the Christmas Is coming , so I decided to buy some gift for my friend and family , and I choose many items from this website ,after made this order , I contact the customer service , and try to tell them my request , and hope they can help me give a notice to speed up the order ,and try to ship it with shortly time . But one of them staff tells me some items are out of stock, so my order will be delay for this issue, so I decided to change items which are out stock. I searched some similar items, but they all tell me unavailable from their warehouse. Finally I cancelled some items, then tell them shipped the wireless keyboard like CQ60 Keyboard and the wireless mouse and some others thing as soon as possible. 1 day later I the status become packing, 2 days latter, the status of this order become shipped. I just feel happy about t it.
But here is a bad thing I had waiting 2 weeks , but I still received nothing, so I contact them again , I just feel worried about my package , on the website , they noticed us only need 7 to 10 days , then I can get my items , but now ,already passed 25 working days , I have noting to do , only need to wait , I have no choice but to contact them , and I got the answer from one of the staff. This result was, it landed at the HK Post Office after the Chinese New Year celebrations and laid there for 10 days. Considering the long wait for it to arrive and the high price, I could have purchased a popular brand from my nearby PC Store, faster and cheaper. My only reason for purchasing this set from DX was that I needed a replacement for an item DX could not deliver, so rather than a long winded refund I opted for this.
Finally they tell me they lost HK post lost my package, and they have arranged the package to be shipped again, for this time, I received the item in expect time. Anyway those items are work very well, and with perfect condition, especially the wireless mouse, very nice, I like them very much.
